Occasions at L22
Some days deserve to unfold at their own pace. L22 brings focused work, dining, time off and accommodation together under one roof – privately and without unnecessary transitions.
Strategy days and workshops
The day can begin around one table and continue in smaller groups later on. The workshop space and sound-insulated meeting rooms accommodate both shared thinking and parallel conversations.
Video conferencing is available in both the workshop space and the meeting rooms.
Confidential negotiations and leadership retreats
When the subject is an acquisition, a board decision or the next direction for a leadership team, the setting should give it room.
At L22, working sessions, smaller conversations, dining and an overnight stay can all take place within the same private setting.
Private dinners
The catering team reaches the prep kitchen directly by lift and can prepare the dinner discreetly behind the scenes. The final touches take place in the open kitchen among the guests, making the food a natural part of the evening.
A dinner may also be created together with a selected Finnish top chef.
Showrooms and product launches
L22 can become a private showroom, presentation space or setting for a product launch. The considered surroundings work equally well for a small group of invited guests and for client meetings over several days.
The venue can be reserved for a single day or for an extended period. The product can remain on display, meetings can continue at an unhurried pace, and key guests can stay overnight in the same setting.
A private stay in Helsinki
L22 can also be reserved simply as a place to stay in Helsinki. Instead of a hotel room, guests have the entire space to themselves – more room, their own rhythm and a little more privacy.
Accommodation for four includes a 200 × 210 cm king-size bed and two 90 × 200 cm twin beds, all featuring high-quality Familon beds.
With its kitchen, living spaces, sauna and spa, L22 is a place to spend time in – not simply somewhere to sleep.
Sauna, spa and the evening
After the working day or dinner, there is no need to move elsewhere. The sauna accommodates six guests at a time, while the spa area includes a hot tub.
The evening can continue over music, conversation or a film, with Denon sound and a 75-inch television.
